The real estate market meltdown is not only a “hot button” among appraisers, it is also dominating the national news. How did we get here? Was appraisal pressure and value inflation the catalyst that fueled the bubble? When does the line get crossed into Appraisal Fraud? Now that values have fallen off a cliff in many markets, do you know how to measure the decline in value? What factors are leading indicators of a declining market?

We will also discuss the political and legislative environment. There are “edge of your seat” announcements almost daily. We will bring you up to speed.

Be a leader among your peers. Be a true local market expert to your clients.
