Mention Real Estate and everyone’s ears perk up. What is happening in your own backyard is often the bellwether for what occurs in other parts of the country. Seller concessions? Declining markets? When does the misrepresentation of economic conditions cross the line into fraud? What role has appraisal fraud played in the sub prime meltdown? What can appraisers do to be a part of the solution to sound valuation practices? Listen to the industry thought leaders on a topic that unfortunately we will be talking about for years to come.

Learn, Network, Prosper

Register Now - we expect to be sold out. There will be no on site registrations.

This region is one of the hottest in the nation for appraisal fraud. Find out why. Exactly what is appraisal fraud? How do you identify it, report it and work towards returning appraisal professionals to their rightful place in the collateral valuation process.
